The Doubletree was an excellent choice for our corporate retreat, thanks to its convenient airport shuttle and friendly staff. Despite needing some updates, my room was spacious enough for downtime between meetings. The business center was 24/7, which made accessing emails a breeze, and the conference space was perfect for our sessions. We dined at the hotel restaurant, and although the food was decent, I must highlight Heather's service – she added a personal touch that made our experience memorable. Free parking was a bonus, especially in NYC, and the late-night warm cookie welcome helped ease our travel fatigue. The indoor pool offered a nice fitness escape, making it a solid option for business travelers who prioritize a bit of wellness while on the road. A well-rounded spot for both business and relaxation.
